Watermelon Basil Margarita
2oz Sauza Blanco
1oz Combier Orange Liqueur
2 Basil Sprigs
1 Big Chunk Watermelon
½ oz Lime Juice
Muddle - Muddle Watermelon until juicy, tear basil sprigs and
place in shaker, add syrup, lime juice and Tequila, add ice
and shake, strain into cocktail glass
Garnish – Watermelon Slice
Gin-ger Cucumber Cooler
2oz Plymouth Gin
1oz Ginger Syrup
½ oz Fresh Lime juice
3 pieces of peeled cucumber wheels
Muddle cucumber until juicy, add syrup, juice and Gin, add
ice and shake, strain into rocks
Garnish – Cucumber slices
Watercooler
1 ½ oz Boodles Gin
1oz VeeV Acai Liqueur
1oz Combier Liqueur D’Orange
1oz Fresh OJ
2 chunks Watermelon
2 dashes Peach Bitters

2 oz Bacardi Light
1 oz Lemon Verbena Syrup
½ oz Triple Sec

Muddle – Muddle Strawberries until paste like, build drink from
juice up, add ice, shake and strain into Coupette
Garnish – Halved Strawberry

2oz Ketel One Vodka
1oz Fresh Lemon Juice

2 oz Perfect Puree Kiwi Puree

2oz Barcardi Light Rum
1 ½ oz Perfect Puree Mango Puree

2oz Ciroc Vodka
1oz Sauvignon Blanc wine

Muddle - Muddle grapes until juicy, add syrup, juice, wine and
Vodka, add ice and shake, strain into cocktail glass

Fall/Winter Concoctions
Maple Old Fashioned
3 oz Bourbon
¾ oz Maple Syrup
2 splashes Angostura Bitters
STIR – Stir 3 ice cubes with Bourbon, add syrup and bitters and
3 more cubes, stir and add more ice. Strain into Rocks Glass
with fresh ice.
GARNISH – Brandied Cherry
Pumpkin Patch
1 ½ oz Stoli Vanil
1 oz Monin Pumpkin Syrup
2 oz Coole Swan Irish Crème (use Bailey’s as substitute)
SHAKE - Build drink in glass shaker, add ice, shake and strain
into Martini Glass
GARNISH – Grated Nutmeg
Cranberry – Mint Martini
2 oz Finlandia Cranberry Vodka
2 oz Cranberry Juice
½ oz Grenadine

Blood Orange Manhattan
2 oz RI 1
1 oz Blood Orange Puree
3/4 oz Cointreau
3 dashes Angostura bitters
Build drink from the juice up, shake with ice and strain into

2 oz Quince Puree
1 oz Combier Orange Liqueur
Prosecco
mix quince and cointreau in a mixing glass, shake with ice,
