Mission Statement

The mission at Juiceman Consulting is to help make the 
service of wine and beverage profitable, educational and 
enjoyable.

Juiceman Consulting specializes in wine, beverage, 
hospitality and event consulting for restaurants, hotels, 
bars, corporate and private clients.Juiceman Consulting was created by Master Sommelier, 
Mixologist and Event Specialist Fred Dexheimer.   He has 
spent over ten years on both the retail and wholesale 
ends of the restaurant, wine, beverage and hospitality 
industries.   Having had the prestigious title as the National 
Wine and Beverage director for the BLT Restaurant Group, 
Fred will utilize the skills, knowledge and relationships he 
has gathered for his consulting services.
